One of my specialties and passions is career coaching. What exactly is career coaching and what will I do for you as your career coach? Well, first let me tell you what I am not and what I will not do for you…

I am not an employment agency and thus, will not find you a job, nor will I write a resume for you. I will however help you find ways in which you can find a job or career and get your resume written, if that is what you want to accomplish.

As a professional Life, Career and Business Coach, I have been trained to use various coaching methods, ask powerful questions, and make revealing observations, all of which promote exploration, awareness and clarity for my clients. This process can you move beyond the obvious, create amazing breakthroughs, and open doors to new possibilities.

Depending on your needs, one of the things that I may do with you is to help you figure out what it is that you really want to do for a living. In such a case, one of my goals as your coach would be to help you find a job or career with which you have a passion or at least an interest. A career path that coincides with who you really are and one that will enable you to wake-up every day looking forward to your job.

Let’s say you find such a career or maybe you already know what that career is, as you have always dreamed about it. Even though you might know what type of job or career you want, you may not know how to obtain it. As your coach, it is also my job to help you find ways in which you can achieve such career goals and aspirations. What sort of skills, qualifications, and experiences will you need and where and how will you get them? Coaching can help with all of this and more.

In addition to a concrete plan of action, another aspect of my commitment to you as your career coach is to help inspire, motivate, and hold you accountable for accomplishing the goals that you set for yourself. The unknown can be scary. How often do we fall short of living the life that we really want because of fear or some other road block? I will help you not only deal with any fears that you may have but we will address any obstacles that may be, or have been, preventing you from living the life that you really want!
